Greetings All,

We are thrilled to extend our warmest invitation to join us for an unforgettable adventure in sunny Australia! Prepare yourself for an action-packed three-day tour that promises to leave you with new experiences and insights in the region’s event industry.

Our journey kicks off at Cliftons Freshwater Place, nestled in the vibrant Southbank area of Melbourne. You will tour the venue, engage in fascinating industry discussions, and indulge in a tasty light lunch. Afterwards, a short stroll will lead us to the Asia Pacific Incentives and Meetings Event (AIME) at the prestigious Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre (MCEC). Enjoy an exclusive private tour of the MCEC, connect with event planners and exhibitors from across the Asia Pacific Region and hear insights from the region’s brightest minds in the event industry. And as the day draws to a close, we’ll gather at Cliftons once more for drinks and canapes, all while witnessing the excitement of the Australia Asia Pacific leg of the IACC Copper Skillet competition.

On Day Two, a chartered bus will take us to the Mornington Peninsula hinterland. Over the day, you will experience the hospitality of several wineries. Enjoy gourmet delights, including a luncheon complete with a wine tasting. Returning to Melbourne, we’ll end the day at Red Spice Road, where the talented Head Chef John McLeay will showcase flavours and techniques from Southeast Asia, transporting you to a world of culinary delights.

Day Three promises to be equally busy as we explore four impressive conference facilities in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. Brace yourself for captivating discussions and thought-provoking insights from industry leaders, all centered around elevating the event experience and the power of face-to-face gatherings. We also have a surprise speaker to conclude our day!
