IACC 2023 Global Copper Skillet Final Crowns Champions from the USA

The Global Copper Skillet competition took place on day two of the 2023 IACC Americas Knowledge Exchange in Durham, North Carolina.

Finalists from Denmark and the USA competed for the title of Global Copper Skillet Champion.

2023 competition sponsors were JB Duke Hotel and Conference Center and Encore.

This competition showcases the culinary skill found at IACC properties and continues to be an exciting highlight of IACC’s conference.

Winners were announced during the awards dinner on Tuesday evening. Nicholas Eltz, Executive Chef of Executive Chef Babson Executive Conference Center Babson Park, Massachusetts was named Senior Chef Champion and Katie Keith, Lead Cook, Deloitte University at Westlake, Texas was named Junior Chef Champion.
